Fees & Forms

Counselling/Therapy session: 50 Minute session is $140.00 

Counselling/Therapy extended sessions: 90-minute session is $195.00

Couples: 50-minute session is $170.00

Couples extended sessions: 90-minute session is $230.00 ​

My fees are consistent with the rates recommended by most provincial  Colleges for Social Workers/Counsellors.

I am a licensed/registered clinical social worker/ therapist and am covered by most health insurance plans. Please inquire with your insurance provider.. Some people may also have partial coverage through some other related programs.

​Please pay by e-transfer or a major credit card, which will be arranged prior to each session and a receipt will be issued right away, and hopefully, some or the entire fee can be claimed back through your extended insurance or on your income taxes at the end of the year.

​A sliding scale may be negotiated in certain situations.

​Workshops & Groups available on demand and  Fees are based on focus, length, and number of participants. Please contact me to discuss.

​Counselling:​

1. Please complete the Intake Form

2. Please review the Counselling Informed Consent Form and bring any questions you may have to the first session prior to signing.

3. Release of Information forms are only required if you would like your information shared with other providers or individuals involved in your care.
